أهلًا بك في أكاديمية HalaGPT. استخدامك للموقع يعني موافقتك على هذه الشروط — كتبناها بلغة واضحة لأننا نريدك أن تقرأها فعلًا.
١. طبيعة الخدمة
أكاديمية HalaGPT منصة تعليمية مجانية تقدم محتوى عن الذكاء الاصطناعي لأغراض التعلم العام. لا نقدم استشارات مهنية أو قانونية أو مالية.
٢. الشهادات
تصدر الأكاديمية شهادة إتمام مجانية عند إكمال جميع دروس دورة، بعد تسجيل الدخول حتى تصدر باسمك. هذه الشهادة تعليمية وليست اعتمادًا مهنيًا ولا معادلة أكاديمية، ولا تصدر عن جهة تعليمية مرخّصة، ولا تمنح درجة علمية ولا رخصة مزاولة.
لكل شهادة رقم يمكن لأي شخص التحقق منه عبر صفحة التحقق، فيظهر له الاسم المكتوب عليها واسم الدورة وتاريخ الإصدار. أنت من يقرر مع من يشارك هذا الرقم.
الاسم الذي تكتبه هو ما يُطبع على الشهادة، وأنت مسؤول عن صحته. يمكنك تعديله من لوحتك قبل إصدار أول شهادة؛ وبعد الإصدار يُقفل ليبقى ما على الشهادة مطابقًا لما تعيده صفحة التحقق. لتصحيح اسم بعد قفله راسلنا على info@hala.academy. ويحق لنا إلغاء أي شهادة صدرت بالتحايل على شرط إتمام الدروس.
حذف حسابك يُلغي شهاداتك. إن طلبت حذف بياناتك عبر privacy@hala.academy (ينفّذه مالك الموقع بنفسه خلال ٣٠ يومًا، والتفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية) فإن ذلك يشمل شهاداتك: يُلغى رقم كل شهادة ويتوقف رابط تحققها العلني، فلا يجدها من يحاول التحقق منها بعد ذلك. الإجراء لا رجعة فيه — احفظ نسخة PDF مما تحتاجه قبل الطلب. ونحذف الحساب والتقدّم تلقائيًا بعد ١٢ شهرًا من آخر تسجيل دخول.
٣. دقة مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي
أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي — بما فيها «مدرب هلا» في ساحة التدريب — قد تخطئ أو تخترع معلومات تبدو مقنعة (وهذا ما يسمى «الهلوسة»، ونعلّمك التعامل معه في دورة الاستخدام الآمن). أي ناتج تحصل عليه من أداة ذكاء اصطناعي هو مسؤوليتك: تحقق منه قبل الاعتماد عليه في قرار يهمك.
٤. الاستخدام العادل لساحة التدريب
ساحة التدريب خدمة مجانية تقدمها الأكاديمية على نفقتها، ولذلك تخضع لحدود استخدام عادلة (حد أقصى لعدد الرسائل في الدقيقة وفي اليوم). يُمنع استخدامها بشكل آلي أو مكثف أو لأغراض خارج التعلم والتدرب، ويحق لنا تقييد الخدمة أو تعديلها أو إيقافها مؤقتًا إذا أسيء استخدامها أو اقتضت الصيانة ذلك.
٥. حقوق المحتوى والترخيص
محتوى الأكاديمية (الدروس، الأوامر الجاهزة، المعجم) ملك لأكاديمية HalaGPT. يحق لك استخدامه والاستفادة منه شخصيًا وفي عملك ودراستك بحرية، ونرحب بمشاركة روابط الصفحات مع الآخرين. لا يجوز إعادة نشر المحتوى تحت اسم آخر، أو بيعه، أو تقديمه ضمن دورات مدفوعة دون إذن كتابي منا.
٦. حدود المسؤولية
المحتوى يقدم «كما هو» دون أي ضمانات. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة أو ضرر ينتج عن استخدام الموقع أو الاعتماد على محتواه أو على مخرجات أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
٧. الروابط والخدمات الخارجية
قد يحتوي الموقع على روابط لخدمات خارجية (مثل ChatGPT أو أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي الأخرى)، كما تعتمد ساحة التدريب على مزود نموذج خارجي (DeepSeek). هذه الخدمات تحكمها شروطها وسياساتها الخاصة، ولسنا مسؤولين عنها.
٨. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وسنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» عند ذلك. استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على النسخة الجديدة.

The service. HalaGPT Academy is a free educational platform teaching AI in Arabic, for general learning. We do not give professional, legal or financial advice.
Certificates. We issue a free certificate of completion when you finish all lessons of a course, after signing in so it can carry your name. It is educational — not a professional accreditation, not an academic equivalency, not issued by a licensed educational body, and it confers no degree or licence to practise. Each certificate has an ID that anyone can check on the verification page, which shows the name on it, the course and the issue date. The name you enter is what gets printed and is your responsibility; you can edit it from your dashboard until your first certificate is issued, after which it locks so the printed name keeps matching what verification returns. For a correction after locking, email info@hala.academy. We may revoke a certificate obtained by circumventing the completion requirement.
Deleting your account revokes your certificates. A deletion request to privacy@hala.academy — executed by the site owner personally within 30 days, details in the privacy policy — includes your certificates: each ID stops resolving and its public verification link stops working, so anyone checking afterwards will not find it. This cannot be undone; save a PDF of anything you need first. Accounts and progress are also purged automatically 12 months after the last sign-in.
AI output. AI tools, including our practice-arena coach, can be wrong or invent convincing detail. Anything you get from one is yours to verify before relying on it.
Fair use. The practice arena is free and runs at our expense, so it carries fair-use limits per minute and per day. Automated or bulk use, or use outside learning and practice, is not permitted, and we may limit, change or pause the service for abuse or maintenance.
Content. Lessons, ready-made prompts and the glossary belong to HalaGPT Academy. Use them freely for yourself, your work and your study, and share page links. Do not republish under another name, sell, or bundle into paid courses without our written permission.
Liability. Content is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site, its content, or AI output.
Changes. We may update these terms and will change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
